Briefing and inspection

A supervisor checks each officer's license, uniform and gear before they leave for the site. Class A, shirt tucked, boots done. Anyone who doesn't pass doesn't go.

  • License verified for the jurisdiction
  • Post orders reviewed for any changes
07:00

On post

The officer relieves the night shift, reads the pass-down log and walks the building with them. Your named contact knows who's on.

  • Shift handover recorded
  • Radio and phone check with dispatch
13:30

Rounds, logged

Rounds run on a randomized schedule so nobody can time them. Each checkpoint is scanned and GPS-stamped. Anything odd gets photographed on the spot.

  • Doors, fences, garage levels, roof access
  • A supervisor drops in unannounced
18:55

Report in your inbox

Before the evening officer has settled in, the day's report is waiting: patrol times, incidents, photos, and anything that needs a work order.

Our standards

Six things we don't compromise on

These came out of watching other security companies lose contracts. Each one is written into our post orders.

Licensed where they work

Every officer holds the license for the jurisdiction they're posted in, and we verify it before they go on the schedule.

Awake, sharp, off the phone

Class A uniform, inspected. Supervisors make surprise visits, and the small things get corrected first.

A real person at 2 a.m.

You get one named contact. If you need an executive, they'll pick up too.

Swap an officer, no questions

If someone isn't a good fit for your site, tell us. They're replaced. You don't need to prove anything went wrong.

Proof of every round

GPS-verified patrols, time-stamped photo reports, and supervisor inspections you can read.

Compliance with teeth

Our compliance unit is run by a retired sheriff's office Inspector General. It reports to the Chief, not to operations.

Guard or Special Police?

Which one does your site need?

The short version: a guard watches and calls. A Special Police Officer can detain and arrest on your property. We'll tell you honestly which one fits.
